- General Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Non-Returnable Items (Vape Liquids)
- For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of e-liquids are final once opened. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any e-liquid products that have a broken seal.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact our customer support via LINE within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund after verifying the issue with photos/videos.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your credit card issuer.
